Please use this form to request a check of your balance. This page is monitored and checked daily, and your request will be answered with 48 hours.
Request a Payout
Use this form to request a check. You must have $25.00 in your account to request a payout. Checks will be held at the store unless you request it mailed, then $1.00 will be deducted from your balance.
As per your signed contract, payouts are issued once a month, on the 15th. You must request a check by the 10th of the month in order to receive a check for the 15th of that month. If it is after the 10th when you request a check, it will processed for the following month.
